"Just stayed overnight, had to be at the airport quite early but everything was great."

"Good place to get a good night's sleep; the room was clean, although I did notice a lot of dust on the night stand and the remote control for the TV seemed to feel unclean. The bed was very comfortable, but it felt a bit sketchy for a larger person. The room is small, but was what was to be expected for a budget accommodation. The free breakfast was a nice touch and was very tasty, included scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns with unlimited toast, juice and coffee as well. A 10 percent off coupon for lunch/supper was also included but we never got the chance to use it due to timing. The staff was very friendly at check in and at the restaurant. For a one night stay we would stay again; please put a bit of extra emphasis on cleaning common touch surfaces especially remote controls, otherwise great"

"The room was clean, although very small for the price. The bathroom was a little outdated, but the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. I found air-conditioning in my room. I don’t know about the others was a little on the warm side as soon as I would put air-conditioning on, it would pop back on heat for some reason I’m not sure why but I run very hot so it’s not very comfortable when it’s not cold but other than that, everything was fine I didn’t use the pool or hot tub this time I didn’t have time, but I found that all in all it was a very good experience "

"Staff were rude, poorly trained - not in uniform of any kind, if the guy working the desk was not behind the counter using computer, I would have assumed is was staying there. Local kids were using parking lot as a obstacle course with milk crates for the electric scooter. Elevator is out of service, juice machine is out of order, wanted cash at desk for pop and chips would not allow me to bill room. I travel for a living and will not stay here in the future"

"This hotel presents itself as upscale. That may have been true at one time, but unfortunately, it no longer reflects today’s reality. The hallway leading to my room was in very ordinary condition. It is clearly overdue for renovations. The furniture was badly damaged, and the bathroom was acceptable, but nothing more. What I find especially unacceptable in 2026 is having a weak Internet signal. On top of that, the available TV channels were mostly American. Aren’t we in Canada? Following my complaint, I was offered a $25 credit, which I did not use. My goal was not to receive compensation, but rather to let people know that this hotel, despite having good staff, is not living up to the image it projects. The staff was courteous, but the property clearly needs serious attention and major renovations."
