Breakfast is excellent

Ursa is a great! Right on campus and so unique. Always our first choice when in Orno

Everything was super. I would like to see gluten free bread to make toast in the morning added to what Travellers may need. Muffins are not my thing.

Highly recommend as a place to stay for all occasions.

The hot apple cider and snacks were a nice touch after a long day of travel! The check in staff let us know about fresh cookies as well! Breakfast was amazing, lots of options! Loved the waffle bar!

Great place

Merci !

the wifi in our room was hit and miss for the 3 nights we were there otger than that it was a great place to stay

Well everything was great with room and check staff helpful..rooms really nice and large..pool and hot tub nice...but parking lot had only one patch of ice and no salt on it so my Aunt slipped and ended up breaking her arm ..The staff didn"t offer any help at all!! .. I took the salt and salted the parking lot ice patch myself to save the next person from same fate as my Aunt

Well run property. Employees always available. Very comforting and welcoming place. Nice breakfast offerings plus fruits and snacks (as well as coffee) are available all day.

Very glad they are pet friendly

Great stay …

I had originally booked two nites and then decided to stay one more nite. I called the front desk and the girl said I would have to move rooms I said are you serious. I was going to check out in the morning instead of moving. But I called in the am and then girl told me I could stay in same room. It made no sense to move. I hadn’t gotten my room cleaned and all was good. It just seemed so unnecessary. Also I ordered door dash two nites. My meal was left at front desk when I messaged the...

The room was very clean and very spacious. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed!! Excellent accommodations for a budget motel. Some minor issues that might be helpful to some: very poor sound insulation, we could hear our neighbours clearly, but fortunately they were very quiet. There was a bit of a "hotel smell" in the room, but as I said, everything was very clean. The toilet got clogged up, but the staff offered to immediately deal with it (it was late at...

Affordable at the airport good parking and restaurant

The room was big and clean. It was also very quiet. The free breakfast was surprisingly good - especially the oatmeal bar.

This was not a 5 star hotel, but also didn’t claim to be. This was one of the least expensive options of the very overpriced options available in Bangor / Brewer. I read some very bad reviews about this place and some good ones- we were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was spotless and spacious. #128 on the end of the second floor. It was quiet although next to the road and the stairs. Free self parking. Free continental breakfast (coffee, tea, fruit, yoghurt, juice, cereal and granola bars)...

Clean room, felt secure. Check-in was conveninent with a keypad code sent thru the text.
