The efficiency and kindness of the staff. The efficiency snd kindness of the staff.
Liked the vintage look feel of the place. The room amenities could be a little more the t.v. didn't function very well and the beds were very firm.
My only complaint was I booked a King Suite months ahead of time. Was there 20 minutes after check in and they did not have a King room available for us. We got a room with two double beds. They did compensate us money wise. Staff was helpful. It was supposed to be a romantic weekend away though ...
This property had excelent rooms . Our room looked out over the bay, was clean and had a nice selection of toiletries including lavender oil. The breakdast buffet was delicious and the wait staff was wonderful. So many restaurants and opportunities for exploring....Walking, Lyft and free city trolley ...
The exterior of the building was unique. Very clean
location of the hotels was very centric, Ybor City and Amalia Arena were 5-10 mins away... Bush garden’s is was only took 20 mins. The hotel was very clean and the room was great, your typical Hilton clean and comfortable. They had a Starbucks and the self parking building connected to the hotel ...
The check in staff was courteous and although our room was not ready at 5pm, she gave us another room when we told her we are in swimsuits wanted to shower.
Everything was simple and fine. Good not great. The biggest issue we had is the room smelled of mildew and the bathroom sliding door stuck.
close to amalie arena which we were going to for a concert
