"The guy working the front desk was absolutely amazing and kind making sure I had somewhere to sleep and even discounted my room after Hotel.com failed to tell redroof about my reservation and then even tried to help me get my money refunded when I ended up paying double what hotels.com had me pay since they failed to communicate with the hotel.
