"The cabin was wonderful. The location was peaceful and near many parks like Letchworth and Stoney Brook. The host was very thoughtful with extra touches and supplies throughout the cabin. It was a very clean and cozy place to stay."

"I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday (Friday) so they were knocking on my door at 11:05Am."

"Parking lot was filled with potholes. Numerous bags of garbage left in front of building. Unsupervised child riding bike missed hitting my vehicle by inches. Cracked window on one of the units. From outside windows looked very dirty. Never checked in. Went to a Best Western. If my crediit card was billed I should get a refund. Only reason I give 1 star is because I cant go lower."
