Lovely Staff. Beautiful Property. Great elegant, minimal vibe. The roof top terrace and Continental breakfast were great. The other breakfast options for purchase were delicious as well. We loved our superior suite, it was the perfect size. Casa Decu has a great location near Parque México with several shops and exciting restaurants within walking distance. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully soon.

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

Hotel Luca is an exceptional hotel situated in the heart of Rome, offering a delightful ambiance in proximity to the city’s parks. The breakfast provided was delectable, and the staff exhibited attentiveness and friendliness. However, the security guard and certain front staff members occasionally appeared unfriendly when requesting assistance or opening the locked doors after dark. Despite these minor shortcomings, the hotel’s overall rating of four stars exceeded my expectations. .

The property is very well maintained — it’s not the most modern hotel out there, but it has a charm and quality that hold up nicely over time. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which makes sense given that it’s primarily geared toward families. The bar at night is practically empty, so don’t expect a lively scene — but if you’re looking to unwind, that can actually be a plus. The grounds are great for walking, and the food is fresh, healthy, and genuinely enjoyable. A few things to note: the pool was a bit cold for the season despite being heated, and the fitness classes at the gym tend to get crowded, so we ended up going to another hotel for the spa experience. We also had a citywide blackout during our stay, which left us without electricity or Wi-Fi for a while — not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning. On the bright side, the location is excellent — you can walk into the town center easily, which is great for exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back with friends again.
