"A clean and well equipped home. Great waterfront view. We were greeted by lady host, we were told owner was right next door, feel free to stop by with questions, or issues. When Wifi didn't connect, I walked over to get suggestions on getting a connection, and was chewed out for disturbing him???? "

"Lovely, right on ocean. The hot tub and sauna were great, and there were all the toys for the grand kids!"

"The villa we stayed in was a bit dated - the kitchen appliances were rather old and there were no outlets for phone chargers on the nightstand between the 2 beds. The shower curtain was too low and some insects were crawling around the bathroom floor. The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100! However the beds were clean and comfortable; the AC system worked well; the water was hot; and the villa was spacious and quiet. A rating of 3.5 to 4.0 out of 5. "

"03/01/26: Staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was clean and very comfortable. The gym was adequate for our needs, we just use the bike. The hotel is in a quiet location, with a nice gas station with a big store close by. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and hot. The lady running the dining area was super nice and helpful! Traveled 12 hours the day we went and were able to relax and get some much needed rest. "

The house itself is beautifully done with a coastal beach vibe that feels both stylish and welcoming. It was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home.The kitchen was especially impressive—gracious, well laid out, and perfect for cooking and gathering. Every detail felt intentional and well cared for. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the beach made our stay even more special.Excellent communication with the very accommodating host. If you’re looking for a serene, beautiful retreat in Carabelle, Florida, this place is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again."
