Turn Day: Saturday Rock Lobster is a vacation paradise that is ready to make many family memories. Elegantly appointed, this beautiful 4-bedroom 3 full and 2 half bath beachside home sits among the East Gulf Beach private lots with fantastic beach views! The first floor boasts a comfortable family room with half bath, smart tv with DVD player, and a twin sleeper/sofa. The room opens to a spacious covered deck, expanding the width of the home with ample outdoor furnishings. Follow the steps down to the beach on your private boardwalk. Also on this level is 1 King Bedroom Suite, full bath with soaking tub, 1 Queen Bedroom and one twin over queen bunk bedroom sharing a full jack-and-jill bath between. The washer and dryer unit is also on this floor. The top floor has a well-appointed kitchen with lots of cabinets, new appliances, 14-foot ceilings and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8\. The marvelous views continue from the comfortable middle seating area with a large tv, an additional twin sleeper/sofa. Off the common living area on this level there is an additional half bath and a King Suite with a full bath. The dining, sitting and living rooms are all warmed with beautiful hard wood floors and perfectly appointed to take in the stunning views while visiting with family and friends. The covered, outdoor deck off this level is the perfect place to lounge for a drink or enjoy some outdoor dining. A superb spot for taking in the stunning sunrises, incredible starry nights or watching the dolphins play in the beautiful blue water! BEDS: 2 kings, 1 queen, twin over queen bunk, queen sleeper sofa AMENITIES:Multiple smart TVs, well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, separate pantry, large dining room table with seating for 8, hard wood flooring throughout the entire home. Top floor includes kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, dining, main living, sleeper sofa, King bedroom w/full bath, half bath, and large open deck. The first floor has an additional family room with sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 Twin over Queen bunk and a pull-out, Laundry with washer and dryer, a large, covered deck, Private pool with pool deck and outdoor lounge furniture, a private boardwalk to beach, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, fish cleaning table, park-style charcoal grill. This tall house sits on a large lot with plenty of parking including under-house concrete parking suitable for boats. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (Heated for an additional fee of $400 per week) POOL CHILLER (Pool Chilled for an additional fee of $400 per week- available June, July & August) ELEVATOR AVAILABLE ($100 Fee Required) PET FRIENDLY (2 Dogs Only, Under 35lbs each.
