This luxurious custom home was designed for your dream vacation by the sea. A Dream To Sea boasts five luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and beachfront views, providing direct access to a Gulf-front deck—perfect for family gatherings or business retreats. On the first level, the living area showcases an open concept design for seamless entertainment. Families can connect and create lasting memories in this inviting space, which includes a comfortable living room ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy movie nights on the large flat screen TV or cozy up with a blanket in the winter months. Expansive sliding glass doors beckon you to the beach with stunning views of the shimmering Gulf waters. The modern kitchen is a chef’s paradise, featuring a 5-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, wine cooler, full-size refrigerator, two sinks, and two dishwashers. A separate ice maker, high-quality cookware, and ample kitchen utensils enhance convenience, while granite countertops and a tiled backsplash elevate the luxury experience. Dine with a view at the large dining table that comfortably seats up to 10, or enjoy breakfast at the bar with additional seating for four.
