The morning breakfast was delicious. A good variety and it changed a little each day. It was a short walk to the gorgeous beachfront. Lots of restaurants and the most beautiful sunset ever.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá brand. This situation significantly impacted on the comfort and quality of my stay. I trust that Meliá upholds high standards across its affiliated properties, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Considering the condition of the room and the impact on my stay, I believe a compensation equivalent to 30–40% of the total amount paid would be reasonable. I loved every bit of my stay, it wouldn’t be as memorable or mesmerizing without the staff. Daisy was my hostess/ waitress most my breakfasts and I’m grateful for her and her kindness. Everyone was so supportive and helpful. The only thing I’d say is just make sure if you book third party and you add breakfast make sure upon arrival that you don’t get possibly charged for additional breakfast charges and make sure before you check out that same thing if you already paid for the breakfast accommodations, make sure they don’t try to charge you the resort fee and a breakfast fee on top of that with their thousand dollar hold. I’m just saying I want everyone to be safe that they don’t get double charged again if you just make sure you remind them, they fix any in every mistake if there is one other than that, they were exquisite absolutely love this team and can’t wait to see them again
