« Property was fun and inviting when booking, evening staff however was not available when needed. Waited 20 mins for front desk clerk to show up even after calling front desk on repeat, because our room keys didn’t work, he was in back doing laundry which was unacceptable. Then finally got another key that also didn’t work. Eventually got moved to a new room. Pool had no towels and our room only had 2 bath towels for 4 people.
