"Our first time to stay in treehouse type VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised with this experience. David has done an amazing job to create the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. We loved it and look forward to staying at other options on this property. Hanging out with nature including hummingbirds, cows, horses, beautiful views was just what we needed. We will be back in the near future!!"

"All in all OK. Would stay again bc location to ACU is perfect. Front door code was not set for us but the host had it fixed quickly. Back sliding glass door lock did not work so we had to put table there to act as a lock. Master bath definitely needs some pest control. Lots of little critters all over master shower. 3 stars probably better assessment of entire property, but for the same price as 2 hotel rooms and to have that much room, the little problems were not that big a deal. "Great little getaway from the city. Absolutely love this lake. The property was perfect for the trip and host was very helpful. We try and fish this lake 2-3 times per year. Was anle to witness my best friend catch his 2nd 10+ lb bass this past Thursday (8/22/24) It was hot but was also amazing. If you come out to Breckenridge, you need to stay here at this house. We will be back "

"We were so pleasantly surprised how serene Mimi’s House was. A beautiful backyard for conversation and bird listening. There was a great kitchen to work in as we were there for the birth of a granddaughter. The location was convenient to the hospital and restaurants. We will be back and stay at Mimi’s House again."

"This was the perfect place for our family to stay and also have room for everyone! Very clean and stocked with anything you need! The only issue we had was the pool was very hot! Tried to contact the owners but never heard back. Other than that it was perfect and I'm sure we'll be staying again!"

"This house is well-furnished, well-decorated, and well-run as a vacation rental. We were very cozy here during spring break. We cooked every meal in the kitchen and ate at the lovely dining table. I especially enjoyed the sitting room as a coffee nook. Our German shorthair pointer was happy with the back yard. We enjoyed playing the games and reading the coffee table books they have around. The property manager is very responsive. Downsides were minor: no oven light or garbage disposal, I saw...

"Recently stayed here, in town for a wedding. Everything was clean and in good condition. The location was very convenient, a few blocks from ACU, with easy access to main roads, stores, and places to eat. Communication from the owners was quick, clear, and easy. A great stay all around."
