« Always had to wait for elevators. Sometimes up to 30 minutes. Seems like there was only 4 elevators for whole building? We were in 15th floor so that made the stairs near impossible :) Checkin process was so easy! Loved that! Parking was garage. Usually had to go up several levels but that was ok. Beach access was great! Room was nice. Beds not the greatest and kitchen mostly stocked. There is never enuf coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags for one week so bring...

« Was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the gazebo and watch the sunrise! Our rooms were comfortable and the washer and dryer was handy! The location from the beach was absolutely perfect and not too far away from everything! »

« Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the long weekend and it was exactly what we wanted. It was just a short drive to the public beach. The complimentary breakfast was great, and I love that we had a kitchenette so we could save some money and make our own lunches. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It was everything I could ask for for a great price. »

« Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. »

« The property was very clean and had all of the amenities that make for a nice stay. It probably has the best view of the Gulf of any units since it is on the gulf end and on the highest floor. Unloading and loading our luggage was a breeze. I will look to stay at this unit again in the future. »

« My son and I stayed for 4 nights and we already are wanting to book again for next year! The space was the perfect size for the 2 of us. It's in a perfect location, close enough to shops and restaurants in GS that we wanted to check out, but staying in Orange Beach was more our speed. ONLY and smallest complaint was the top outlet behind the couch didn't work. We can't wait to come back and hope we can book this unit again! »

« This was a clean condo. Good bit of maintenance going on as to be expected during the off season. The condo was fine but the outside of the building and hallways could use some touching up. »
