Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel Should be 3 stars only, Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

I had a wonderful stay at Address Jabal Omar. The staff were incredibly respectful and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was so polite and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Even at the reception, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great courtesy. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and elegant, a perfect combination for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

"We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. ..."
