I had a wonderful stay at Address Jabal Omar. The staff were incredibly respectful and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was so polite and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Even at the reception, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great courtesy. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and elegant, a perfect combination for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Overall, our stay was good and we appreciate the hospitality. However, we would like to suggest a few improvements specifically related to the dining experience: 1. Private Dining Arrangements: It would be beneficial to have separate dining spaces for families who prefer privacy, especially for women who observe modesty and choose not to reveal their faces in front of non-mahram individuals. 2. Sunnah-Inspired Dining Options: Incorporating options for floor seating, in line with the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him), would not only be spiritually fulfilling for many guests but could also enhance your appeal to a wider audience seeking a more traditional experience. 3. Hand-Slaughtered Meat Options: Offering hand-slaughtered (zabiha) meat would be highly appreciated by guests who follow this dietary requirement. This addition could increase trust and attract more guests who prioritize this aspect in their meals. Thank you again for the overall positive experience. Absolutely loved been so close to the haram and mekka is 4 mins away!! At times the light was very busy but still amazing!
