Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road. The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock.

Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day

Located away from the hustle and bustle town of Ella but tuk tuk is easily accessible. We loved our front and back balcony that overlooks the mountains. So peaceful and full of wildlife. If you get the timing's right, you will also see the blue train from Ambewella to Badulla. Our daily selection of fruits and sri lankan breakfast was amazing. We loved it. We loved our 2 double four poster beds. Special mention to Sashi who looked after us on our 2 nights stay. He made sure that our stay was enjoyable. You are a credit to your work. We wished we had stayed abit longer and enjoyed the beautiful views from our balcony. Thank you again.

"Nice property but service was lacking. The staff were a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests. At one restaurant they had one staff member working during peak lunch time. This translated to long waits for food and delivery of cold food. Breakfast was a zoo."
