"I have to leave the hotel because the air conditioner doesn’t work, the room smell like smoke , I try to talk with the reception and they don’t want cancel my second night so I lost my money 😩"

"I have visited twice, my family and I love it here! We stayed during Spring Break and the staff was great. Had breakfast at the Media, enjoyed the pool all weekend. There was some confusion on the pool hours, at check in we were told the pool closes at 7pm, bar staff said 8pm. It was learned that the lazy river and kiddie section close at 7pm, the heated pool lounge area stay open till 10pm. Will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend, family oriented, clean and great staff."
