"The hotel charged me 15 euros for the electric charging station and the car charger did not work at all. When I asked to be reimbursed, the receptionist became really mean!! It is not about 15 euros, in the grand scheme of things…I will likely never get reimbursed!! it is about how the receptionist who treated all the customers so poorly and was sooo condescending … They don’t have the customers and service in mind. "So, this is not an hotel, it's a holiday village with little hobbit-like bungalows, a bar and a restaurant, and a large pool. The outdoor restaurant plays loud music until midnight so don't plan to sleep before then. "The hotel is very nice with renovated, modern rooms, very clean. The staff has been extremely helpful and nice. It has a nice pool and very good parking options (garage) which was very convenient! The location is OK (close to the sea shore – we had a room with sea view: nice) but not overwhelming. It's about 20 min by foot from the city center. There are no (good) restaurants very close (unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday when the internal restaurant was closed). We took the car to the railroad station (where there is a nice parking), a 5 min ride, and had dinner in the port/station area. If the location doesn't matter I can highly recommend this hotel!"
