Conveniently located in the complex "Gardens Tizzano" fully renovated, well equipped, this spacious top villa (100 m2) is a guarantee for your holidays by the sea. You will particularly appreciate the spacious terrace where you can dine facing the sea and its truly unique location in a place completely preserved and appreciated. The house has two adult rooms with double beds and a children's room with 4 bunk beds. Each room is equipped with cupboards. The house has recently fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave ...) overlooking a clear and functional living room. The house is equipped with a TV, wifi, and a library. The linen is provided and cleaning is included in the proposed price. You will no longer have anything to pay for the rental. A young couple occupies garden flat with a completely separate entrance. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und persönlich und individuell mit Kunst auf Leinwand, aus Holzbund aus verschiedenen Kulturen eingerichtet. Zudem sehr praktisch, z.B. dass man den Schlafbereich vom Wohnbereich durch eine Tür trennen kann und dass man ein Gstter auf der Terasse schließen kann, damit drr Hund nicht wegläuft.Die Familie, die in der Wohnung unter der Ferienwohnung lebt, ist stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Eir möchten die Gegend mit glasklarem Wasser zum SUP fahren und schnorcheln, sowie herrlichen Küstenwegen mit kleinen, einsamen Buchten sehr.Auch eine Spaziergang in der nahe gelegenen Kulturstätte mit Menhiren und Dolmen und in Sartene lohnen sich sehr.Der Jugend hat eine Cannoyningtour vom ca. 35 Autominuten entfernten Propriano besonders gefallen. ##### Anemone Gwendolin S. Propriétaire et gérant très prévenants. La maison est parfaite pour une famille nombreuse voire même pour 2 couples avec enfants. Même si Tizzano a beaucoup changé depuis 20 ans ca reste un petit village très agréable avec une grande plage magnifique et d'autres a proximité de toute beauté. Néanmoins, le descriptif du logement sur l’annonce n’est pas tout à fait fidèle à la réalité. Je m’explique : la climatisation n’est présente que dans la pièce principale et ne rafraichit donc pas les chambres. Seul un ventilateur en état de fonctionnement pour les trois chambres. L’annonce décrit 2 salles de bain, ce n’est pas le cas, il n’y en a qu’une seule. De plus le système d’éclairage ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons donc bidouillé avec des rallonges et des lampes de chevet afin de voir quelque chose dans la salle de bain. En toute sincérité, le logement détient 8 couchages mais ne permet absolument pas de séjourner confortablement à 8 personnes. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Cependant, avec les fortes chaleurs, la clim nous aurait bien soulagés. Mais Norbert Paganelli qui est un homme charmant est bienveillant y pense. Hormis ce détail, nous avons apprécié l'espace dans le logement et la très belle terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer et son coucher de soleil. La plage est très belle et proche et le lieu très calme loin des agitations. Tizzano est un petit paradis, lieu stratégique avec énormément de balades à faire et de coins magiques à découvrir, notamment I Bruzzi à ne pas louper, Filitosa et ses 8 000 ans de mystère et d'histoire, ses menhirs et statues, capitale préhistorique de la Corse, la plage d'argent, Tradicettu, Roccapina, la cascade de Rizzanese et son magnifique pont au milieu du maquis, Sartène et son musée d'archéologie, ses ruelles et vieilles bâtisses en pierre ainsi que ses délicieux produits. Nous nous sommes régalés autant par les décors somptueux qu'offre cette région que par sa gastronomie.......Excellentes tables Chez Antoine , U Sirenu, la Bergerie d'Acciola, la Ferme équestre de Santu Pultru, où les plats sont préparés avec des produits bio et locaux. Le veau est une tuerie dans un cadre typiquement corse et superbe. Nous remercions aussi Max et Laurence pour leur accueil chaleureux, et bien-sûr le propriétaire Norbert Paganelli, un poète de renom et artiste peintre également, d'une rare gentillesse et humanité. Bonjour , La location est propre et le gérant toujours prêt à vous rendre services. Quand à la terrasse l vue est elle que vous rentrez dans une carte postale et le plus dur est d en sortir.... Max, l'habitant du rdc, a été très attentif et aimable, et les enfants ont adoré son chien, Maya. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Tizzano, qui a été notre base pour les visites et excursions dans les environs. Un grand merci à Norbert, notre hôte, qui nous a fourni beaucoup de recommandations et informations très précises pour des visites, que nous avons prèsque toutes effectuées (une semaine n'étant pas assez longue pour tout faire). Tizzano est très calme en août avec de très belles plages aux environs. Prochain supermarché seulement à Sartène, à ca. 25 min. (à l'exception des mini shops au camping et au port de Tizzano).
