Nice location, safe, and walkable. The breakfast was okay, but I’m not a big breakfast person, and my expectations are pretty high after traveling through Greece and Turkey. I also didn’t really like the coffee. Other than that, I loved the hotel and had a great experience!
I only used their massage service, but it was more expensive than other places I found. I would recommend going to a Thai massage place instead, as you can usually get a better price there.
The skybar food was amazing, forgot to use our coupon

The Aria Budapest is in the top three of all of the hotels we have stayed in as far as the property itself. We would rank it number one in staff courtesy and professionalism. Every member of staff we encountered made us feel like an honored guest in their home.

We had 2 nights in a deluxe room. It was very spacious and extremely quiet which was great as I’m a very light sleeper. Our room faced the courtyard so that would help.
Breakfast was nice, not a lot of cooked options (only eggs) but we didn’t need to have a cooked breakfast. Otherwise it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel opens out onto a nice square with a few bars and restaurants which was perfect for us after a long day of walking.
2 things bothered me- I asked reception to tell housekeeping not to change our bedding or to change our towels. However, the cleaning staff didn’t change the glasses by our bed and most definitely didn’t clean around the sink area in the bathroom. I didn’t chase for it to get done given we were only there one more night. Secondly-the city tax- this is more for Hotels.com- I couldn’t see any mention of this being payable upon departure. Normally it’s mentioned somewhere in the booking system. Luckily when we checked in I heard a departing guests being asked for payment so was made aware of it at that point.
Otherwise, these were very small issues and we enjoyed our stay.

"After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing!
