The employees are ok, but the management doesn't empowered there employees. In my view they are treated like slaves and very afraid of losing their jobs.

The hotel provided white towels that had seen better days - they were grayed and you could see trace of makeup - very much dirty looking (even though you could tell the towels were washed) Shuttle is suppose to be leaving hourly- was a over 5 min late and rush to the airport ( hang on to your seat)

Outstanding for what I lacked for past 2 days which was surround wifi, working landline in the room for numbers outside the hotel, cool a/c, airport shuttle and personable nice staff everywhere such as at the reception, pool bar, gift shop and breakfast buffet. For dinner the chicken tikka and prawns were incredible and served poolside.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have expressed with your towels not being changed during your stay.We would please like to inform you that, in trying to protect our environment, we have come up with a policy of changing towels every two (2) day so as to reduce the quantity of chemicals released into our environment through washing; Unless the Guest asks for it to be changed every day by placing the towels on the floor as a way of communicating to the housekeeper to have them changed . There is a card explaining this policy in every room.I am sorry this was not communicated to you at the reception.We appreciate you sharing your concern and we hope your next visit will be pleasant in all aspects. Battle to wash the hands...
Overall a fine place to stay... I struggled to get some hand soap during my stay...so had to use the one from the shower to wash my hands. It looks like some sort of cost saving measure.

This place would get one star if it wasn’t for the nice staff. Otherwise I haven’t been in such an unloved and rundown hotel in a while. Room was terrible, broken bathroom counter, no safe, smelled bad, incredibly loud a/c banging away.

The money paid was not worth the room, the washroom was unsafe, there wasn't any floor mat, almost slipped during shower. The tiles were wall tiles so unsafe. Only one towels and it seems like the room wasn't prepared for us.

Email for hotel does not work, bounces back. Pillows hard and lumpy. As others note, getting towels or floor mat is an issue that needs improvement. Food is good. Service at front desk and restaurant good. Hotels efforts to reduce waste yet meet guest needs are appreciated.

Excellent for Airport/Business Travel
Excellent choice if you're looking for ease of transfer to the airport. Exceptional breakfast. The rooms may not have the view or the size that appear in the listing. All amenities available and good wifi. Highly recommend for business travelers or business meetings.
