Acatlán de Juárez Vacation Packages

This hotel was a great find! Very clean and modern with great staff. The included breakfast was wonderful. And all a few steps away from the cathedral, museums, parks and great restaurants.

Nice location with good restaurants close by. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioning however had an extensive repertoire of sounds. On reflection we should have asked for another room. I would not recommend rooms just around the corner from the lobby as noise levels in the morning can be annoying. Did not use the pool but lots of people including children were enjoying it. There is a bar located close to the pool. Breakfast not included however there is a good selection for dining in and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, although we pre-paid for the room, and paid an extra deposit of 1,000 pesos on checking in, we were asked two days before checkout for another deposit. We only went to the bar once, and had two breakfast bills. We felt that we were not trusted to pay the final balance. For this reason we will not be returning to this hotel.

Very rustic Mexican but rooms have been update. Charging lobby área,and restaurant. The rooftop is also nice, with a pool, but it could use some more comfy chairs to make the experience there better. Allan was wondering. He couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating. We will stay there again next time we're in Guadalajara

Paredes con humedad. Infraestructura vieja, regadera tapada, sin iluminación en la recámara, clóset viejo, en general está limpio pero le urge una remodelación a todo
