"Lovely hideaway in Caleta. Beautifully renovated design hotel with the 50s vibe. Amazing tropical views. Great pool side restaurant. Convenient connection with Acapulco downtown. We had a great time starting the 2020 here :) The staff helped us to arrange a private driver/tour guide to show around Acapulco. Many thanks for having us and hope to be back :)"

"No hot water, ants on the sink, very old building, no one on staff spoke any English, would not call us a taxi, really poor part of town although close to the zocalo and waterfront. We were the only Canadians or Americans there and that put stress on the staff, for which we felt bad."
