« Great place with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Quiet and secure. Deer running in the yard were a plus for my husband! »

« I was a min late for breakfast and was told that i could not get anything , i had to change rooms twice because of isues in the rooms the racks were broken the toilets were leaking r and would not flush, they do not maintain there rooms, there were okly a few staff members that were friendly, i will not stay here again »

« Mary was an amazingly sweet and gracious host for known reasons. Very kind and humbling. The motifs for every room and area was wonderfully eclectic and so much fun. Lastly, no way you can beat the proximity to the Barter unless you sleep on the front steps of the theatre. Lovely stay. We love Abingdon! »

« Booking was effortless through Expedia. We were greeted at the door by Pat, the owner. He gave us a quick tour and set a combo code to the front door of the house of our choosing. There is an open snack and coffee area, and "trail magic" shelf full of items that a hiker might need without a store nearby. The shared bathroom was WELL stocked. The cats were very friendly and the inn gave plenty of notice of the household cats. All in all a very enjoyable stay. The actual bedroom was quite small,...

« We were very pleased with our stay. Check in was a breeze, our room was cozy and clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful! We had dinner at the restaurant and everything we ordered was great! The complimentary breakfast was also delicious, hot and fresh and the views of the waterfall from the dining room were gorgeous! »

« The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the vineyard and the pond. The welcome flight of wine and snack tray were a nice treat included in our package. Best experience was with "Breezy" Bri at the bar--she was wonderful to chat with and the drinks she made were fantastic. All staff were kind, helpful and pleasant! Food was delicious, but a little expensive. I would definitely recommend Nicewonder for a quiet retreat and would love to go back! »
