Just three minutes walk from the centre of town, this well-appointed townhouse is ideal for the weekend break, a walking holiday in the Black Mountains or just a relaxed stay. Two double bedrooms, a NON-TETHERED CAR CHARGER, an outdoor weatherproof Gazebo patio and a dining area complete the scene. If you have need of the car charging facility please contact us in order that this may be provided (separate fee to be discussed). The space 8 Waterside is a modern well-appointed 2 bedroom property and whilst minutes from the centre of town has a rear garden that has a calm that belies its location. Geoff and Tina's place is just perfect! - very well equipped, beautifully decorated and so close to all the town offers and a number of great walks - we didn't need to get into the car at all. The homemade bread and breakfast items were delicious and so appreciated. The bed was so comfy and the kitchen easy to cook a couple of simple meals. The info folder is thorough and easy to follow and very helpful. The outdoor area is amazing and we truly loved sitting in the covered area, listening to the birds and the small river - bliss, even though the weather was cold and a bit dreary. Geoff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We wish we had planned to stay longer or could return easily. We can't recommend it highly enough! ##### Deborah P. Quick unpack and a short walk into Abergavenny later, and we had a lovely afternoon and evening in the pubs and bars nearby. Good location to be able to drive into Cardiff for the speedway event the next day, and nice to be far enough out of the city when driving home afterwards. Lovely touch to leave us with milk, juice and breakfast items as well, thank you. If the same speedway event is in Cardiff again in 2025, we will definitely book to stay here. on ##### Louise D. It has been completely redone and has everything you could need. The attention to detail is amazing. There is a large folder with any information you could need for the area. Geoff and Tina had homemade bread, butter, coffee, milk, cereal and yogurt available. You can walk into town easily and there is plenty of parking.
