« I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough...

Le seul grand bémol c’était le bruit insupportable des travaux au 21 eme étage mais vraiment insupportable !! D’autres hôtels 5 etoiles auraient offert un surclassement ou un geste commercial comme offrir une bonne bouteille ou un repas mais ce ne fut pas le cas hélas. »

« The room is very good but just avoid the restaurant. The menu is big and interesting on the paper but sea foods were out of stock... the service in the restaurant is low level. We ordered one soup but got 2, we had to ask severyl times to get a glass of water. So I recommend to book this hotel for the room and the casino if you like, but not more. »

"Chambre conforme aux fotos mais le menage pas top,activité de l'après midi très moyenne et très limité juste du kayak dans un endroit entouré de gros bateaux donc vraiment pas top, et pas de wifi à bord, tous les clients etaient vraiment mécontent de l'absence de wifi pourtant on nous donne les accès aux wifi mais ils n'ont fonctionné pour personne"

Le seul grand bémol c’était le bruit insupportable des travaux au 21 eme étage mais vraiment insupportable !! "I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough with 2 spaces, one being meant for younger children. There is a pool bar as well. I strongly recommend this plo"
