"Nice hotel with a good bar in the lobby and a decent restaurant. The room was spacious and clean but lacked in interior decorating - a couple of pictures on the walls was about all. The biggest downside was that the room was hot at night as, like others we encountered on this trip, they had the heat on with no option for air conditioning. "The hotel was nice, and great location, staff were courteous. When we checked in the washroom was dirty, and the AC-cooling wasnt working well. Other than this, the breakfast was good, rooms were quiet, and we would stay here again. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was great quality and value for money. Staff extremely friendly. Location is a little further out of the old town that we would have liked but there is a metro station very near and the walk is only 30 mins. To use the spa is extra, but all the info was very clear when we booked. I would recommend and stay again."

"Nice Hotel on the beach in Getxo, Bilbao. Excellent view from the room towards the beach. The restaurants were closed for renovation / change of owner and this meant no food was available in the hotel. There are restaurants close by and this covered up for this. "
