« Il faut noter la qualité et la gentillesse du personnel. La première réceptionniste m'a permis de rester dans la chambre au delà de ce qui est normalement autorisé car mon vol de nuit avait 4 heures de retard. La deuxième Dyanna m'a proposé une chambre mieux adaptée à mes besoins. Au restaurant c'était aussi un excellent service. »

"Il faut noter la qualité et la gentillesse du personnel. La première réceptionniste m'a permis de rester dans la chambre au delà de ce qui est normalement autorisé car mon vol de nuit avait 4 heures de retard. La deuxième Dyanna m'a proposé une chambre mieux adaptée à mes besoins. Au restaurant c'était aussi un excellent service."

From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the stylish, carefully designed interior, so beautifully inspired by Peruvian culture. Every detail felt thoughtful and full of character. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Lima, whether for business or leisure.
