Accessible. Well located! Excellent restaurant for dinner. Not many options for breakfast besides buffet. My greatest disappointment was that they don't provide iron and iron boards. As a business professional arriving at 1:00 am with an 8 am appointment, not being provided with an alternative to iron clothes is a great disappointment. Also the restaurant seating area is not ample to accomodate all guests during breakfast.
Very great hotel with all what you expect from a 4*
Besides my +VIP status let me to get extra breakfast (we were 2 adult + 2 kids, and initially it was only planed free breakfast for 2) and also a (very) late checkout. Which was perfect as our plan was at midnight.
Hotel is perfectly localized in Miraflores.
Great and vary breakfast.
Great and dedicated staff.
So it is a true 4* and even a 4* +.
Don't forget your swimming clothes to enjoy the pool ;-)!
It was my first time in Perú for 1 week loaded of business. This hotel was 10 min walk around some of Miraflores main attractions, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and even the beach if you take a cab. The room was clean and spacious. Every day I found a chocolate in my night table and when I got there on day 1 I found a chocolate plate. Hotel staff was very friendly. My only BUT will be a poor Internet speed connection.

I needed a safe and secure place to recover from the flight from Western Europe and be located so as I could explore Lima. I got a room adjacent to the street which was noisy but didn't impact my sleep. Staff are v helpful and able to arrange reservations, taxi, etc. mirafloras as nice part of the city and easy walking distance from the hostel. If you are planning to spend over and above the time necessary to sleep in the hotel then maybe try the hilton.

I read many reviews before selecting this hotel. I must say, the good outweighs the bad. My experience exceeded expectations.
Hotel staff were exceptional, especially Alejondro
24 market directly across the street
Easy pick up for tours
Easy walk to Lacarmar/Inka market/ Kennedy
Spacious rooms- 2 bathrooms
Money exchange at front desk has better rates than the states( $2.79 in USA at exchange counter and $3.25 at the hotel- so bring enough for 1 day then exchange at the hotel)
Spa is great and great prices
Dated couch- I covered the seats with the pillows bc it looked gross
AC unit didn't seem to work upstairs, but natural air was great

The man-made landmarks of Miraflores--its gleaming towers, upscale shops, and foreign embassies--are no match for its natural beauty. Here, jagged cliffs give way to the Pacific. Inhabited since ancient times, Miraflores is home to Huaca Pucclana, once an administrative hub of activity built around 500 AD. Nowadays, the buzz has moved south to the parks along El Malecón and Larcomar mall.
