« Accueil un peu froid, mais chambre confortable. Par contre, seul point noir: la tuyauterie au niveau des toilettes fait un bruit assez peu discret (pour ne pas dire plus). Et quand la salle de bain est utilisée par l'étage du dessus ou du dessous, c'est la même chose. »

« Très joli hôtel, chambre très bien décorée, avec beaucoup de charme, spacieuse et très propre. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Bien situé, à quelques pas du site archéologique de Huaca Pucllana! Les chambres ne donnent pas sur rue et sont très calmes, ce qui n’est pas systématique au Pérou! Le petit déjeuner sévit à partir de 8h, était composé de pain, beurre confiture, œufs, café ou thé et sur demande d’un yaourt avec un peu de muesli. Le personnel est très gentil et très arrangeant. « Very nice and accommodating hosts. Excellent breakfast, fresh orange juice or papaya juice. I do not eat pork, so they provided me with turkey cold cuts etc. Lima is not easy to figure out for a new tourist, but my hosts accompanied me on my first few trips and showed me some landmarks too. The room is a little on the warm side, but by leaving the door open for a while it ventilated o.k.. »

"Il faut noter la qualité et la gentillesse du personnel. La première réceptionniste m'a permis de rester dans la chambre au delà de ce qui est normalement autorisé car mon vol de nuit avait 4 heures de retard. La deuxième Dyanna m'a proposé une chambre mieux adaptée à mes besoins. Au restaurant c'était aussi un excellent service."

The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Lima, whether for business or leisure.
