Breakfast was very good. Hotel is a bit dated. At night, the area around the hotel was a little sketchy, with a fair amount of street noise. Was conveniently located to nearby venue and shops and restaurants.

This Hotel is in central Lima, almost directly next to Lima's Museum of Fine Arts, MALI, which is worth seeing. The staff is kind and attentive and the breakfast buffet, which I did not expect, was yummy.

Clean and comfy bed bed and pillows Tv Could only receive one channel, maintenance said it was something in the wall Front desk desk often tried answering questions before I finished asking results in confusion Door staff consistently gave wrong directions and misinformation,, I guess they aren’t really familiar with the local area To be fair I’m not a Spanish speaker but I was using Google translate

I have to give kudos to Mr Diego, working at the front check in desk. Mr Diego is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Due to business, I had to extend my stay an additional day, Mr Diego help me and made the process easy. This is my second stay at the Sheraton. Next time I’m back in Lima, I will definitely consider staying at the Sheraton again.

Impressive hotel, as you would expect with Sheraton. Staff all really helpful, and pleasant, all spoke excellent english. Lovely room, very easy access from the street with underground free parking which was very accessible. Lovely bar and food in restaurants, breakfast excellent. Great location.
