Everything is in good condition (gardens) and it is obvious that they take good care of the property. Location is outside of the city (5-10mn drive) a bit too close to the main road and a bit far from the beaches (but they have their own private beach 20-30mn from the hotel)."

You can sit out on the back lawn under some beautifully sculpted trees the shade you or walk 20 feet to small beach to enjoy some sun. The breakfast is outstanding. Total pain to check in (good luck on parking) at a hotel where YOU WILL NOT BE STAYING). Then more driving to a converted apartment building with precipitous parking and ZERO...

Location is a little out of town which means it is quiet but still easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants of Santa Teresa di Gallura and also to the port where you can take boat tours.
