"Our room definitely needed an upgrade, tub had rust spots, tub spout was really loose, as the pull lever, the door that was supposed to cover fridge was gone and bottom of fridge cabinet was damaged so was not level, "

"I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024."

"The shuttle was late both picking us up and leaving, fortunately we were leaving very early in the morning so it wasn’t a problem."

"We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean."

"Highly recommend. The atmosphere was great! Easy walk to Mill Ave and all the bars and restaurants. The staff was great! Khalil greeted us with so much respect and courtesy, the bell/valet boys were friendly and provided us with recommendations upon request! We will go back!!"

"Loved the ease of the shuttle transport for rental car drop-off back to hotel. The front desk staff was professional and courteous. The staff in the restaurant/ bar was superb! Overall very professional and friendly crew of employees all around. It is a testamount, I hope, to the professionalism that is shown from the top to the bottom. Great experience.
