After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. "The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!"
