« This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. ATP no hotel should have a tub only glassed in showers. Didn’t use the amenities like the bowling alley as it was closed when we arrived. This place is def for golfers. Asked for a room w a view of the GC and what I got was a view of a parking lot and trees blocked the view of the course. Although Itasca itself didn’t have much to offer it is...

« Breakfast was ok, hotel was quiet, parking was convenient, the restaurant hours were extremely limited. We arrived shortly before check in and the bar did not open until 30 minutes after check in started than closed at 10, we had an event and could not make it back in time for a night cap. »

« My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming at reception and at breakfast at Water’s Edge. It would help if reception reminds guests that their room includes breakfast abalso gives direction as to where the pool, bar, and restaurant is located. There aren’t a lot of signs to help you navigate.

« The hotel is comfortable, nice bed and linens. The shower was not good, drain not very functional and I was always wading in water. The bath was small and shallow, I was very disappointed with that as I enjoy relaxing in the bath while travelling. The whole hotel seemed dated and out of style. I felt a bit I was in a retirement community in Florida in the 1980's. I recommend they do some renovations soon. »
