« Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign). »

« We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the...

"La chambre n'est pas de première jeunesse mais la vue est extraordinaire, l'espace est dingue ! l'architecture de l'hôtel une pépite, et le personnel incroyable. Le parking n'est pas compris dans le prix mais c'est un confort qui vaut le prix, et les voituriers exceptionnels. hôtel super bien situé, on peut tout faire a pied après ! "
