« Very nice place, perfect for a small family. Nice neighborhood, Nice view, and relaxing balcony sitting areas. Lots of dishes, pots and pans. Be prepared to bring seasoning and condiments you need. The door is VERY hard to lock and unlock. That was the only issue. AC blows great, bring extra blankets. »

« The house is very clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Just an FYI- the coffee maker is old school- brew a pot, not a Keurig. Important to know if you are a coffee drinker so you know what type of coffee to bring. The driveway is nice and cemented- which is nice compared to the other places we have stayed at in Surfside which are mostly gravel. Location is great, you can see and hear the ocean. « Access to beach was great with beautiful views of the water. Home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. A little TLC needed as some slats were missing in vertical blinds, braces on 2 dining chairs were not attached and hand towel racks in bathrooms needed to be tightened. Nothing to keep from visiting again. Had a great time. »

« The staff was attentive to all of my complaints. The downstairs bedroom was bunk beds only and separated from the top of the house. So, it would not be a good idea for little children but if teens or adults wanted quiet time, it would be a great getaway. Decor was lovely but looks like may need some attention as some items were broken. The place was pretty clean for the most part. We didn't really touch anything except for the bathrooms and beds and the beds slept well. The bathrooms are snug so...
