"Everyone working at this location were so professional and polite! Loved how clean everything was. Only issue was a male "Karen", I guess that's a "Kyle "? He was a guest and made a huge fuss, accused valet staff of stealing out of his vehicle (they did NOT, this guest was just completely unhinged), almost backed into to MY vehicle in his fit of rage trying to leave, and flipped me off because I honked at him before he backed into me. All the hotel staff were trying their best to appease the situation, and I felt so bad they had to deal with a customer like that. They all deserve a raise, my personal opinion. But overall, great experience, friendly staff, safe environment, and just overall a good choice for a hotel. I will definitely book another room with them in the future"

"From the outside you can not tell it is a hotel, it is a historic bank building. It has great history and they have done an amazing job keeping both old and new touches."

"The property is close to the Bayou concert center, and nice dining options. I really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very pleasant. And the food and drinks were very good here. My only complaint is the fee for a guest to park for the day. My friend drove 3 hrs to see me, so i didnt want her to drive any when she arrived. I told her to just valet her car here while we went out and about. They charged $32.00 for a few hours."

"My husband and I went here for my birthday, because of the lazy river. Everything about this trip was beautiful. Yes, we used the valet, and depending on the time of day, they can get really busy. For us, it was worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. At the pool area, we did not reserve a lounge area or seat, but there were plenty of places to sit. The service in the pool area was fast and friendly, quite impressive for how busy they can be. The lazy river, pool, and jacuzzi can get busy, so get there early. My husband and I would definitely go back!"
