"Dirty bathroom, worn-out furniture, absolutely not pet-friendly, out in the nowhere, no (nice) outside seating, nearly worst Italian food (rare in Italy!), very pricey for such a bad experience- never again!"

"The place is close to Padre Pio Chapel. The free shuttle service was greatly helpful especially for our elderly since going to the chapel is uphill. It's a family-owned place. Breakfast was just okay. It would be great if there were hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Wifi was not strong in our room. ."

"The hotel was what youd expect from a hotel. Our sofa bed was broken in the middle and sagged unfortunately amd the shower head left a lotnto he desired. But otherwise it was clean and safe!"

"As a religious Padre Pio pilgrim, I loved all until shocked by full frontal nude painting in the same lobby as Padre Pio. This spoiled all the other wonderful things about the hotel."

"The walls of the room were dirty, as were the window coverings. The air vent was falling off, and the forced air had a “scent”. I would’ve paid more to stay elsewhere. However, it’s location was prime; 3 minute walk from the train station."

"The location of the hotel works well for any evenings in the historical old city, or getting out of town during the day. The hotel has seen better days and has not seen any modernisation. The fixtures are not exactly vintage but everything that I touched worked fine. Comfort level was pretty average but it was not an expensive stay. We visited during covid so I don't think the pool was open. Breakfast could have offered a bit more choice ahead of early checkout."

"We arrived late and the staff was very helpful and courteous despite this. The cappuccino is wonderful! The view is glorious and though it is somewhat difficult to find, it is well worth the effort."
