"We stayed here as we wanted a night away and judging from the reviews decided to give it a try. On checking in to our room the radiator was on and the room was very hot. However we went to the restaurant for food and spoke to LYNO the manager there. He checked the radiator and unfortunately it was faulty. "Service and food excellent. Room a little tired. Windows dirty and need maintenance. View over courtyard. No parking so had to pay at the carpark behind. Bit of Walk in the rain. Food was exceptional. Room could do with a little tic. "

"Fantastic stay and will return. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. My room was clean, quiet and very comfortable, and the leisure facilities (pool, sauna, steam room) great. The gym also looked good and well-equpped, although I didn't get a chance to use it.
