"Very convenient hotel, just next to stansted airport. Shuttle bus was available every 30 mins ( 4£ per person - one way) Room was clean and comfortable "

"So I was a little wary of this hotel because of some of the views but the hotel itself once I found it was quite adequate. Firstly though it is so hard to find. The sat nav well forget that it takes you in the opposite direction. We found it because two kind ladies helped us. But you have to go across a kind of car park and up some old steps and at 12 midnight it’s a bit scary and not lit up. There were scary men gathered in a corner as we were going towards the steps too so please be careful...

"I’ve stayed here twice and half to say it’s a great hotel. Great breakfast and love they serve food. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well appointed with comfy beds and pillows. My impression is that this hotel is particularly well managed to provide the experience they do."

"Hotel was fine. The car park is quite small and there is a charge to use it. Get there early or you are walking from the multistorey next door. Cheeck was easy enough. Room was fine and wifi was good. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and borh were nice. View from the restaurant is depressing but thats no fault of the hotel. Check was quick. "

"Drop off and pick up at Luton Airport is absolute chaos. This Hotel is definitely not within reasonable walking distance of the passenger terminal. The staff are friendly, If you're a smoker bring an umbrella."
