No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management."

Confusing instructions on Hotels.com re. parking which ask you to phone and reserve and when I rang the hotel, they told me we don't have to ring and reserve parking, just turn up. Only slight negative was our room was very small - access for 2 (large!) adults, luggage and doggy bed etc was very tight, but it was only overnight so no problem. "
