Confusing instructions on Hotels.com re. parking which ask you to phone and reserve and when I rang the hotel, they told me we don't have to ring and reserve parking, just turn up. A bit difficult to know here the Ibis car park is and how to get into it, as there is a ground floor open air one and then a basement one which both look a bit narrow to get into. "The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management."

"Comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant on site was good we travelled with our dog and he was able to come to the restaurant too. Only slight negative was our room was very small - access for 2 (large!) adults, luggage and doggy bed etc was very tight, but it was only overnight so no problem. "
