The firepit was such amazing to wind down the night and keep warm
Front desk staff helpful with local activities. The bed was a little lumpy on one side
Property is under renovation, but it's done cheaply and without proper planning.
I liked that our room was quite large. I also thought the continental breakfast offered more than the usual.
I visit this location frequently and am very happy with the customer service and how beautiful our room looks.
Everything was great except the pounding base over our room, directly above, from the music on the roof. Fortunately it ended shortly after 9 pm. Please sound proof the roof!! Other guests with a baby who had the same very loud noise were very upset. Guests should be able to count on quiet.
love the proximity to ucsb and beach, love the breakfast, pool towels and well kept grounds-terrific
For an older hotel, was well kept, clean, nice touch with fresh fruit and some cookies. Good access to shopping food and the city, great location. Shower knob was loose and difficult to control water temperature.
Very clean. Nice kitchen and sitting area, although we didn’t use it.
