"Perhaps my expectations were too high however the property is shared with a budget hotel, lots of dubious people at 6pm. I decided to stay at another place and forfeited one night. May be OK if you are on a budget, I had a new car and was concerned about security as well as noise."

"This is just a clean, well-run, budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location. There is nothing magical about it, but it is clean, and the team is professional. A very good option if you're looking for an efficient stay in Beaune. "

"Ideal stopover on the way to the alps from uK. Luckily arriving on Friday evening, we heard no road works on Saturday and could walk over to the market in the morning which was lovely. Our room had a lovely bathroom with plenty of hot Water. Comfy mattress. We could briefly hear some noise from upstairs but nothing to prevent me giving this hotel 5 stars. I would happily stay again "
