"Staff is courteous "

"The hotel and staff were excellent. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The room had wood or wood-look floors, no carpet. It had all the basic stuff, king bed, desk, TV, nice chair and ottoman, shampoo/conditioner-one, shower gel, bottle of water, and plenty of towels. No snack bar or alcohol in the room. The restaurant was first rate, but the menu was only available in Spanish. I had to ask for help to understand the menu. Help came very easily. Received a complimentary VIP beverage!...

"I had no issues with my room. Everything was clean and space was enough. I was told my reservation was canceled upon arrival and had to pay a higher price which I did not like. Breakfast really didn't have many options. Had coffee and toast."

The service from everyone was excellent. From the reception to the cleaning staff, and restaurant staff. Every downtown attraction is walking distance. We had a nice stay. "
