"The room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed the toilet had hairs. When we went to use the sofa bed it was not made up. It had a dirty mattress cover but the worst, it was covered in black mold and blood. It was one of the worst things I have ever seen in a hotel room. The mattress was paper thin and looked like 20 + years old. When I complained to staff, I got no apologies no offer to change it. Which told me the other rooms sleeper sofas were probably in the same condition. It was room 322. We couldn’t sleep after we saw and were sickened and wondering what the King mattress we were sleeping on looked like but too afraid to look. "

"It was a very comfortable stay. The gym was well-equipped. The pool was too small for exercise, but good for kids. I didn't even use the pool. There was a fireplace outside the hotel. However, it was not on when I wanted to use it. Morning breakfast was good, but I wish they would provide more fruits. Check-in and check-out were quick. The location was convenient if you have a car. Overall, it was good value."

"I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized."

"I didn’t like the parking situation. My son was dropping me off and there was no place to park near the entrance. The back parking lot seemed to be for only registered guests. We had to illegally park on the street to enter. If you’re only going to have a rear parking lot, you should have a means of entry for new guests."

"My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a work stay. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating the staff was. I’m a night shift nurse working 7 PM to 7 AM, and getting proper rest during the day is essential. I asked about a late checkout so I could sleep after my shift, and they were more than willing to accommodate me—at no extra cost. That level of understanding made a huge difference. The front desk staff was kind, respectful, and mindful of my schedule. I wasn’t disturbed while sleeping, and the entire experience felt considerate and professional. It’s not always easy to find a place that understands the needs of night shift workers, but this hotel absolutely did. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone working unconventional hours who needs a place that truly respects your rest."
