"Check in look quiet long. Room allocated was of sub standard. Having complaint about this Aman promised to move us into another room next day with better pool view and condition of the room. Once we were moved Hussain look over and ensure that we were well looked after . Hussain also kept in touch with us on his day off. "Stunning lakes surrounding the rooms where you are able to fish. Bats and birdwatchers heaven.Friendly attentive staff and mostly British holiday makers. Adequate breakfast and easy to get out and about around the local area. I would return."

"We had paid in full (superior room with balcony king size bed with breakfast) prior to arriving at Lillywoods Zac Resort as it was a last minute booking. The hotel only has beach access which is difficult with suitcases. We arrived early around 11:30am and had to sign a contract to pay for damages at check in. "Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."
