"Overall the property was good. However, after going to the room once booked in, we realised there was a problem with the TV reception. We were unable to watch any channels. At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. The maintenance man eventually came over a hour later, with no updates. The issue was eventually resolved some 2 to 3 hours later. We did not get any apologies at all from reception or...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kith Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my room wasn’t cleaned after our first night. After our second night, the room was cleaned, but the bed covers were just thrown over the bed. Only issue I had was that it would cost $30 to have an hour extra late check out. I knew that was not something the staff could do anything about because it was hotel policy. "
