Overall, I had a pretty good experience. Here are some detailed thoughts: 1. Location & Surroundings (a) Distance: It’s not as close to the airport as I expected. It took me about 10 minutes by taxi. (b) Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, which I appreciated. (c) Convenience: The nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away. However, it’s quite large and offers a great variety of food options. 2. Robot Self-Service I would say this experience is a bit of a mixed bag. While it’s interesting, it can sometimes take longer than expected. For example, scanning documents felt slower than if it were handled by a human staff member. 3. Dining Experience (a) Breakfast: Surprisingly excellent. I highly recommend it — the food tasted great and there was a wide variety of choices. (b) Late-night food: A very thoughtful touch is that the hotel offers frozen meals for guests arriving late at night. "The train station jingle of “Kamata Koushinkyoku” is played every five minutes from 5am to midnight. Either the surrounding businesses should complain about this and ask them to tone it down a bit like every hour or so and only from 7am to 10pm. This tune was audible even on the 10th floor."
